How do I book an appointment?
To get started, simply call us at 0208 747 4746. We recommend that you book your appointment in advance.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late means that you'll be given a shorter treatment time, which could potentially reduce the treatment's effectiveness and your personal satisfaction. We make it a policy to end every treatment on time so that our next clients won't be delayed.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Our standard policy is to charge clients the full amount if they do not cancel their treatments 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. We ask that you give us a call so that we can offer the appointment to another client. Please consult with your individual MediSpa therapist for further details about this policy.
