Somassage® is derived from SOMA® Structural Integration work.  It uses structural integration technique based body mechanics. We work with the compression and suspension components in the body.

Somassage® is not just a technique, it is a whole system of structural analysis, directional myofascial release and applied body mechanics. 

Somassage® offers a unique system of body reading that allows the practitioner to clearly see the structural compensation patterns of each person.

Clients are then taught active movements to aid release and integration during the session.

This Active Awareness helps the client find more ease, flow and mobility in their body.

Because Somassage® addresses the suspensory ligament inherent in the fascial structure of the body that supports easeful, upright posture, it is completely adaptable to treating injuries, chronic or acute conditions, and pre and post-surgery issues.

Rejuvanessance® or Facial Energy Release® therapy is best done as a series of 6 sessions. Working different areas of the face, head, neck and shoulders, we work through the 98 muscles, soft tissue and sinuses that comprise it, as well as the acupuncture meridians and working with some of the craniosacral points.   It is deeply relaxing, and the client usually sleeps through it. If done as a course, we work through a specific protocol. It can be done as a stand alone session – and you will see/feel a short term difference. But the genius of the FER is how it makes you feel inside, and that really shows on the outside.  I do take a before and after photo so you can really see it for yourself.
