PRE-EVENT; warms and readies muscles & soft tissues. 

POST-EVENT; de-stresses & relieves stiff & sore muscles. 

PREVENTION; regular work that concentrates on the way your sport taxes your body, and helps prevent injuries from happening, or from getting worse.

MAINTENANCE; looking at all aspects of your work/ sports life to give greater overall support, reduce recovery time, improve event co-ordination & endurance, and minimise time out with injuries.
