HOW TO PREPARE FOR MOLE REMOVAL

The preparations for mole removal involve the preceding and the following steps of the surgical intervention.

Before minor surgery preparations:

There is not too much to do. It is important to eat something before the intervention, do not arrive hungry. Think over the location of the surgery whether it requires any preparation ie. you will not be able to wear your shoes when the mole is on your sole.

After minor surgery preparations:

You should protect the affected area form water, sweat or dirt. Protect this area when taking shower. Avoid doing anything that may result excessive sweating. Do not band or starch the affected skin surface, but normal movement is acceptable. Change the dressing on the wound in every 2-3 days. In case of pain, redness and swelling contact the MediSpa immediately. The stitches will be removed after two weeks, than you can return to ‘normal’ life.
