They asked 2500 women in three major cities how they felt about botox and fillers. I would like to highlight a few, very interesting aspects from their responses:

· Other respondents shared their concerns regarding the safety of products and also raised issues brought up by the media when things have been perceived to have gone wrong.
· A lady said that one day she felt motivated and decided to enquire about fillers and so rang a clinic. The receptionist at the other end of the line wanted to book her in straight away whilst she just wanted to talk and ask some questions. That overall conversation didn’t last very long; the clinic lost a patient and the lady still had her queries and concerns.
This is only the tip of the ice-berg of observations, questions and disbeliefs regarding non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments. Everyone has their own opinions and expectations.
